Terms of Service

The service provides an AI-assisted seller workspace for marketplace research, listing optimization, image candidate generation, read-only scheduled prompts, and connected-app operations.

You are responsible for reviewing AI outputs, listing changes, marketplace policy compliance, and any external action before approval or publication.

You must use accounts and connected apps that you are authorized to access. You may disconnect apps or delete workspace files when you no longer want the service to use them.

Do not use the service for unlawful activity, credential sharing, spam, deceptive marketplace activity, or actions that violate Amazon, Pipedream, Stripe, or connected-app terms.

The merchant shown on an offer sells the product and provides its terms, returns policy and support contact. SellerGuy provides the shop, the checkout and the order connection. Merchants must have permission to publish their product information and images and must keep their offers accurate.

Before paying, the buyer sees the delivery address, the delivery estimate, the item prices with shipping included, tax and the exact total. The buyer pays once on Stripe's hosted checkout page, and SellerGuy holds that payment as an authorization. SellerGuy confirms the merchant's fulfillment before it captures the payment and requests shipment. A pending order or cancellation request is not confirmation that the provider has completed it.

SellerGuy deducts a 10% platform fee from the full buyer payment, including shipping and tax. Stripe processing fees are deducted from the merchant's proceeds, and fulfillment providers charge the merchant their own fees. Confirmed unshipped quantities are refunded with their proportional shipping and tax. Shipped items follow the merchant's returns policy.

SellerGuy is an independent service and is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by Amazon. Amazon, Seller Central, Amazon Selling Partner API, and Amazon Ads are trademarks of Amazon.com, Inc. or its affiliates, referenced only to describe marketplace workflows the service can help you operate after you connect accounts you control.

Paid plans, quotas, and billing are shown in the product before checkout. The service may limit usage when a quota is exceeded, a payment fails, or a connected app requires reauthorization. The SellerGuy connector includes a one-time 3-day free trial, started explicitly in Connections, with no card required or automatic charge. After the trial, the SellerGuy plan is required to continue using it in external assistants.
